commercial roofing systems

A commercial roof
is a system.

We engineer and deliver advanced roofing systems for buildings where uptime, energy performance and service life matter.

A roofing system shaped around the building.

We do not prescribe one material for every brief. We balance architecture, climate, structural loads, energy goals and operating plans.

commercial first

For buildings that work every day.

In commercial real estate, the roof does more than complete the facade. It shapes energy use, building uptime and predictable maintenance.

01

Logistics

Large footprints, tight programmes and demanding operations.

02

Retail

Architectural presence and visitor comfort without unnecessary energy loss.

03

Offices

A roof that completes the high-performing envelope of a modern workplace.

04

Industrial

Resilient materials for buildings with continuous operating cycles.

engineering approach

One team, from first principle to final check.

We lock the logic of the project before work begins on site: fewer compromises, more control.

  1. 01 / DISCOVER

    Read the building

We study the context, constraints, risks and operating scenarios.

  2. 02 / MODEL

    Build the system

We reconcile technology, structure, design intent and budget.

  3. 03 / DELIVER

    Lead delivery

We oversee critical details, materials and installation quality.

  4. 04 / SUPPORT

    Stay involved

We remain available through operation and planned maintenance.

Commercial roofing, engineered around the building

Most roofs are sold as a product. We deliver them as a system: deck, insulation, drainage, membrane or metal, flashings, rooftop equipment and — increasingly — energy generation, designed together for the way a building is actually used.

That matters because commercial roofs rarely fail in the open field. They fail at the details: a flashing at a rooftop unit, a drain that ponds, a seam no one tested, a curb cut open by another trade. And they cost owners in ways that never show on the bid — cooling load in summer, heat loss in winter, stock damaged by a leak, a store closed for repairs.

What we deliver

How we decide

We compare options on cost per year of service, energy performance and disruption to the business — not just the first bid. Start with a planning number from the cost calculator, or read how the systems compare in commercial roofing systems.

faq

What building owners ask first.

What is the best roof for a commercial building?

There is no single best roof — there is the best roof for a given building. Large low-slope roofs usually get a white TPO membrane; roofs exposed to grease or chemicals get PVC; visible or long-hold roofs often justify standing seam metal; sound but aging roofs can often be restored with a coating. See all systems compared.

How much does a new commercial roof cost?

Nationally, a tear-off replacement typically runs about $7–$12 per sq ft for TPO, $8.50–$14 for PVC and $13–$21 for standing seam metal; restoration coatings cost about $2.50–$5. Your state, roof size and complexity move the number — try the cost calculator.

How long does a commercial roof last?

About 20–30 years for single-ply membranes, 40–60 years for standing seam metal, and 10–15 extra years from a restoration coating on a sound roof — provided drains, flashings and seams are inspected twice a year.

Can you replace the roof while the building stays open?

Yes. We phase the roof into sections that are made watertight the same day and schedule noisy or odorous work around operations — in warehouses, stores, offices and plants.

Should I repair or replace my roof?

It depends mostly on how much of the insulation is wet. A moisture survey answers that; our guide Repair, restore or replace? explains how to read the result.
