What information helps you quote faster?
Roof area (even approximate), building type and height, the current roof system and its age, any leaks or known problems, photos of the roof and rooftop equipment, and your preferred timing.
Do you do roof inspections without a replacement project?
Yes. Condition surveys, leak investigations and maintenance plans are a core part of what we do — see repair & maintenance.
Can I get a budget number before a site visit?
Use the cost calculator for a planning range. A firm number needs a survey, because what is inside the existing roof drives much of the cost.
