This policy explains what personal information Hightech Roofing ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what choices you have.

- Information you send us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive what you enter: name, company, email, phone, project location, building and roof details, and your message. If you arrive from the cost calculator, your calculator inputs and estimate are included.
- Technical information. Our server records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure — for example to block spam and abuse of the form — and to diagnose problems.
The cost calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent to us unless you choose to request a quote.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for.
- To protect the website and the form from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you (such as hosting, email delivery and spam protection), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is set only for site administrators who sign in. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project, and afterwards only as long as required for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under state privacy laws such as California's CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (which we do not do).
