One team, from first principle to final check.
We lock the logic of the project before work begins on site: fewer compromises, more control.
A roof is a system — so we treat it like one
Hightech Roofing was built around a simple idea: a commercial roof is not a product you pick from a catalogue, it is a system that has to work with the structure beneath it, the climate above it and the business inside it. Membrane, insulation, drainage, flashings, rooftop equipment and — increasingly — energy generation all have to be designed together.
That is why we lead with engineering, not with a favorite material.
How we work
- Read the building. We study the context, constraints, risks and operating scenarios: core cuts, moisture surveys, structure, drainage, equipment and how the building is used.
- Build the system. We reconcile technology, structure, design intent and budget — and compare options on lifecycle cost, not just the first bid.
- Lead delivery. We oversee critical details, materials and installation quality, phase the work around operations and keep the owner informed.
- Stay involved. We remain available through operation and planned maintenance, because the way a roof is looked after decides how long it lasts.
What we believe
- The right roof is building-specific. We will tell you when a coating is enough, when a membrane is the best value and when metal pays back — even if it is the smaller job.
- Details beat materials. Most leaks start at flashings, drains and penetrations. That is where we spend the most attention.
- Numbers should be transparent. Our cost calculator shows how location, size and scope drive price before anyone asks you for a meeting.
- Knowledge should be shared. Our guides explain the decisions owners face in plain English, and the Contractor's Glossary defines the construction terms behind them.
What we work on
Low-slope and pitched roofs on warehouses, retail centers, office buildings and industrial facilities — using TPO and PVC membranes, standing seam metal, cool roof coatings and solar roofing, plus inspection and maintenance for the roofs already in place.
About working with us.
What kinds of buildings do you work on?
Commercial and industrial buildings: warehouses and distribution centers, retail centers, office buildings and manufacturing plants. See roofing by building type.
Do you only install one roofing system?
No. We work with TPO and PVC membranes, standing seam metal, cool roof coatings and solar roofing, and recommend the system that fits the building, the climate and the budget — including telling you when a repair or coating is enough.
How do you put a price on a project?
A planning range comes from our cost calculator. A firm proposal follows a roof survey — measurements, core cuts, a moisture scan and a look at the structure and equipment — with options compared on cost, lifespan and disruption.
What happens after the roof is installed?
We stay involved: inspections every spring and fall, drain and debris clearing, small repairs and documented records that keep manufacturer warranties valid. See repair & maintenance.
Where to go next.
Make the roof a strong part of your building.
Start with a focused engineering session. We will define the right scenario, system and next steps for the project.
